Description: Orientation provides a supportive, group experience which introduces students to Maryville College and college life. Topics include College policies, campus life, Maryville College history and traditions, campus resources, and student activities. Through small group discussion and guided reflection, students are introduced to the college environment as they learn to adapt to their new roles. Course activities are scheduled during an orientation period prior to the beginning of the fall term and will be completed no later than the first 4 weeks of the fall term.
