• The Universal Black Pages' purpose is to try to maintain a comprehensive listing of African-diaspora-related web pages.  http://www.ubp.com/

The following two websites are from the Schomberg Center for Research in Black Culture, New York Public Library's Digital Library ( http://www.nypl.org/research/sc/sc.html ). It is devoted to research on African, African-American, and African Diasporan history and culture.

• African American Women Writers of the 19th Century is a collection of 52 works providing access to the thought, perspectives and creative abilities of black women as captured in books and pamphlets published prior to 1920. • Images of African Americans from the 19th Century is a pictorial database which features images selected from family photographs, early African-American educational institutions, and the personal collections of various individuals to highlight the "social, political, and cultural" life of the African-American in the 19th century. http://digital.nypl.org/schomburg/images_aa19/

• The Black Collegian Online provides cutting-edge information on career resources for Black collegians. This site is the cyberspace partner of THE BLACK COLLEGIAN Magazine, serving the career and self-development interests of African-American collegians throughout America since 1970.  http://www.black-collegian.com/
